2. Scope of Services

The Pool Peeps provides residential pool services, including but not limited to:

• Pool opening and closing
• Weekly cleaning and maintenance
• Water chemistry balancing
• Equipment inspection and basic diagnostics
• Pool school and customer education

Services are limited to those outlined in your approved proposal or service agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.

3. Service Agreement & Proposals

All services are governed by:

• Your approved proposal
• These Terms & Conditions

Together, they form the full and binding agreement between both parties.

4. Standards of Performance

We perform all services using reasonable care, skill, and diligence consistent with industry standards for professional pool service providers in Maryland.

We are not responsible for identifying hidden, latent, or pre-existing defects.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the pool and equipment
• Secure pets and remove obstructions prior to service
• Disclose any known issues with the pool or equipment
• Provide relevant equipment information if requested

Failure to comply may result in service delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.

6. Scheduling & Delays

Service dates are scheduled based on availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Equipment failure
• Lack of access to the property
• Third-party delays

7. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed
• Recurring services follow the schedule outlined in your proposal
• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee (or the maximum allowed by law)

We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

8. Cancellations & Termination

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee
• Either party may terminate services with written notice

Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all completed services.

9. Discovery of Additional Issues

If issues are discovered during service (e.g., leaks, broken equipment), we will notify you.

Any additional work:

• Requires your approval
• Will be billed separately

10. Limitation of Liability

The Pool Peeps is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or faulty equipment
• Manufacturer defects
• Improper prior maintenance
• Weather-related damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. Equipment & Warranty Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

• Equipment not supplied by us
• Manufacturer performance or lifespan

All manufacturer warranties remain the responsibility of the client.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Pool Peeps harmless from claims arising from:

• Misuse of pool or equipment
• Failure to disclose issues
• Third-party damages not caused by our negligence

13. SMS Communications !

By submitting your phone number through our website or forms, you agree to receive SMS messages from The Pool Peeps.

Message Types:

• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Customer support
• Promotions and seasonal offers

Terms:

• Message frequency may vary (up to 8 messages per month)
• Message and data rates may apply
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Eligibility:
